9 digits is the default for the Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology SKYfiber.
You have posted a Huawei SKYFiber. If you look at the ESSID. The Shenzhen model uses the last 4 of the MAC as the suffix. Huawei uses some combination of upper/lowercase and digits.
Even the spelling is different. The Shenzhen is SKYfiber and the Huawei is SKYFiber.
What is the default for the Huawei?

Yes I'm aware of the difference, to this point all cable, fiber, mesh have been the 9 digits, but, that being a huawei, it may use 8 long mixalpha-numeric (ex:8HfCepC6)

thanks

And then it may not. That is why it is best to state the known default, not a guess. Especially when you state that you are already aware of the difference. I am not going to start chasing after guesses, again. These Huawei's are local to you. Should not be difficult to find out the default.
