V2 is 100k less rules than my previous with a greater hit %.

Bigboy is a stupid amount of rules(880k), over double the size of V2, but comes in handy for the fastest of fast hashes.

Have just give your Bigboy rule a go and i am very impressed - I have a custom rule file myself which is quite effective
but your one has found some that mine couldn't.

Why do I have a huge number of rows that looks like this. But not all of them....

Because I remove the white space in the end file which removed rules that append spaces and made them $$ which fucked them, just invalid rules, carry on. If you really want too, you can clean it up yourself.
