I got the WPA handshake of Technicolor tc7200 modem. The password I am trying to crack is the length of 8 [A-Z] alpha (upper-case) characters. I am going to try cracking it with Hashcat, but I have some questions:
I have very low storage space for 26^8 combinations wordlist, Crunch (Kali Linux tool) said it would take 1TB that I don't have. Does Hashcat make its own wordlist during the cracking process and deleting passwords that it tried on the way?
I have i5-3220M CPU and Intel HD Graphics 4000, how long it would take to crack it in the worst scenario?
Do you recommend any other way to crack it or have any suggestions?
It took gpuhash .me about 2 minutes.
